“It is a shame for people to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which their bodies were capable.”

About Me
Fitness is something that has always been a part of my life. I played soccer for 18 years and have a lot of experience with endurance/strength training. I believe an active lifestyle is crucial not only for our physical health but our mental health as well. My experience with collegiate athletics and years of training has pushed me to want to maximize my strength and aesthetic potential in the gym and do the same for as many people as I can. My active lifestyle has led me to pursue my doctorate in physical therapy in hopes of one day creating a space where physical therapy and personal training can come together.
There is a lot of misinformation within the fitness industry and it can be extremely frustrating. In my own experience with an online personal trainer I was given a generic workout plan and was never able to get my questions answered. What works for one person may not work for others and I am committed to giving each client my complete attention as well as providing them with a personalized plan to help them look and feel their best. With my training, I will help clients lose fat, gain muscle, improve bone and cardiovascular health, and increase their overall longevity.
