Our Story

Health and fitness have been dominant factors in both of our lives. As collegiate athletes, and now certified personal trainers, we have had the privilege of learning about the world of fitness and optimizing our health. Over years of training, we have taken part in many workout splits and routines and have been able to learn about what works and what does not. There are many misconceptions about fitness and it is certainly not something where a “one size fits all” approach can be applied. The biggest goal we have is to make each client our priority and create plans that help every individual increase their health and longevity. At Eternal Fit we believe that fitness is not just for now, it’s forever.
