Written Plans: 4 Week Plan ($50), 12 Week Plan ($125)
Weekly workout plan / schedule based on your goals and workout preferences. Including exercises with video links for reference. Unlimited access through texts or calls with your trainer (check-ins, answering any questions, progress updates, etc.).
Includes Video Fitness Assessment + Basic Nutrition Guidance

In Person Training: $30 Per Session
Local clients can receive 1 on 1 traditional in person training. Depending on gym policies clients can travel to trainer’s gym or trainer can travel to client’s gym. Sessions per week will vary from client to client. Unlimited access through texts or calls with your trainer.

Video Fitness Assessments (Included with Written Workout Plans)
If an in person assessment of movement and general fitness level cannot be done, a video assessment can be completed. Clients will take a video doing specific exercises requested by trainers that will provide them with necessary information before providing training plan.
